This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 220 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
