This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders by this court in CRL.O.P.No.7861/2023 dated 17.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
