This miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant a further period of three months time to complete the investigation in crime No.1 of 2022 and to file a final report as directed by this Court by order dated 05.04.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.4762 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8061 of 2021.

2. It is seen that this Court already extended six months time to file final report as directed by this Court on 07.03.2022. However, again this miscellaneous petition has been filed for further extension of time. 3.

Considering the same, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the investigation in crime No.1 of 2022 and to file a final report as directed by this Court by order dated 05.04.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.4762 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8061 of 2021 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
