This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16642 of 2022 to report before the Hasthampatti Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m for the period of two months.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
