This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.12060 of 2023 on 06.06.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation completed and final report filed in Spl.S.C.No.78 of 2023 before the POCSO Court, Vellore.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the POCSO Court, Vellore, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates, for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, on all further hearing dates without fail.
