ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to measure the land Punjai Hectare 0.12.50 Acer 0.31 cents, Bendarahalli Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and earmark the boundaries by considering the application No.2024/0123/31/ 002905 dated 11.06.2024.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner and his family members are in possession and enjoyment of the subject property and his mother and sister have executed a release deed releasing their share in the property in favour of the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner is in possession of the property. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online 2/4
application for measuring his lands and earmark the boundaries, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
