This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.11779 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.11779 of 2025 is relaxed, however the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
