This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners/respondents in Crl.O.P.No.16786 of 2021 praying this Court to grant a further period of two months time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 16.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3844 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16786 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioners/respondents in Crl.O.P.No.16786 of 2021.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and having regard to the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and further period of two months time is granted to the police department to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 16.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3844 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16786 of 2021.
