By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to have purchased the land admeasuring to an extent of 82 cents in S.No.342/3 (part - 1), 33 cents in S.No.342/3 (Part - 2) and 50 cents out of 0.81 hectare in S.No.308/2 through registered sale deeds bearing document no.2882/95 dated 01.12.1995 and also purchased another property admeasuring to an extent of 50 cents out of 0.81 hectare in S.No.342/2 through registered sale deed bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

document no.167/2004 dated 05.02.2004 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District respectively and claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner would further state that the said property is also subjected to statutory levies and ever since the date of purchase, he has approached the third respondent for issuance of patta and in this regard, also submitted representation dated 30.04.2016 to the respondents and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Gandhi Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
