This petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate departmental action as against respondent no.4 and 5 for having derelict discharging their duties and further directing the second respondent to transfer the petition in the form of complaint made by the petitioner to any other competent police officers to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.7 to 11 under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act based on petitioner's petition in the form of complaint dated 12.10.2020 made to the respondents no.1 to 4.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he
has also made an endorsement to that effect.
