ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 16.05.2018. This petition is the second application seeking anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from the records that in the earlier petition seeking anticipatory bail i.e., Crl.OP.No.13501 of 2018, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no case is pending before the respondent i.e.,Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch,Salem and the case is pending only before the City Crime Branch, Salem. Accordingly, the said petition was dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition by adding the City Crime Branch, Salem as respondent. But the present petition also filed against the same respondent instead of adding the City Crime Branch, Salem.
