O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.8(a) that the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, Account Code: HDFC0001864, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to medical ailments and poor financial condition, he was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks modification.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by counsel on either side, the condition imposed in para No.8(a) in Crl.O.P.No.14458 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, Account Code: HDFC0001864,within a period of two weeks from the date on which the present order copy made ready and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below. Except the above modification, all other conditions shall remain intact.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
