Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to remove the locks put up by the third respondent landlord Sugavanam as per the direction of the second respondent and to make the premises of Kailash Bhavan No.15, Sriram Nagar, Near Kumarasamy Milk Society, Salem Corporation Zone-2, Salem to the petitioner and to the petitioner's wife enabling us to run the hotel of which the petitioner's wife is the licensee.
