(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 307 IPC, in Crime No.1460 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has already been surrendered before the respondent police and he is in judicial custody now.

3.Recording the above submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
