This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11839 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this completed and the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.05 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court twice in a month ie., on every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month and on all hearing dates without fail.
