This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the warrant executed by the learned Additional District Judge at Chengalpet in S.C.No.279 of 2013 dated 31.08.2017 for further examination.

2. This petition is not maintainable in view of Section 70

(2) Cr.P.C. and it is for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and pray for recall of warrant. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
