T2 / 2020 dt.12.11.2020 and quash the same in so far as fixation and demand of fee for Under Graduate medical course (MBBS) in third respondent college is concerned and consequently direct the 1st respondent to re-fix the fees for the under graduate medical course (MBBS) in the third respondent collge by applying MCI (4th respondent) norms and the actual expenses incurred for running of 3rd respondent college and by applying the same as per the yardstick applicable for other medical colleges in the state of TamilNadu and refund the excess fee already collected.
