This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to refer the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent for arbitration, as per Section 84 of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, arbitration proceedings have been initiated and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
