A.No.1519 of 2022 in O.P.No.1118 of 2018 R.N.MANJULA, J This application has been filed to revoke the succession certificate granted by order dated 22.03.2019 passed in OP.No.1118 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petition can be allowed subject to their right to contest the proceedings subsequent to the revocation.

3. Taking into consideration the said submission and also hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed.
