ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 (I) of IPC r/w 34 IPC and Section 4(1), 76(1) of the Chit Funds Act 1982 in Crime No.38 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused running a unregistered chit and collected a sum of Rs.36,22,000/- from 11 victims and even after the maturity of the chit, the chit amount was not paid. Hence, the affected victims were registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the major portion of amount was already settled in favour of the victims. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the total amount involved in this case is Rs.36,22,000/- and the affected victims are 11 persons. He further submits that the investigation is in preliminary stage.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and huge amount is involved in this case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
