ORDER

After the impugned order came to be passed on 04.08.2021, the petitioner has sent a representation on 09.08.2021 and it appears to displace the 3rd respondent.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2021 and dispose the same in accordance with law and on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing such order, the 3rd respondent shall be heard. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
