This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Namakkal District to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on their surrender in connection with Cr.No.66 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the same day.
