This petition is filed to condone the delay of 5 days in preferring the above appeal.

2. First respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

4. Ms.Solami, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that she has already filed vakalat for R-2 and she has no objection for condoning the delay.

5. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
