Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry with all the interested parties and person who had raised objection, including petitioner upon the first respondent notice dated 07.05.2025 in Ka.No.1460636/2025/L5 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry by affording opportunity to all the interested parties and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.K.Seetharam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent 2/4
issued a notice on 07.05.2025 to appoint an Executive Officer and called for objections in this regard. The petitioner and others submitted their objections before the first respondent and the same is pending. In the mean time, steps were taken to appoint an Executive Officer. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the representation of the petitioner and others and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
