This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner association dated 23.12.2024 wherein the petitioner association has complained that the General Body Meeting has not been conducted and there is large scale irregularity in the association.

2. Heard Mr.R.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and also the grievance expressed by the petitioner and also taking note of the relevant provisions under the Tamil Nadu Apartment Owners Association Act and Rules, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the concerned parties and convey the decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
