ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376(2) (n), 506(ii), 292(A) of IPC and read with Section 67 of Information Technology Act 2000 and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail application filed before this Court..The case of the prosecution is that A1 is an Advocate and the defacto complainant approached A1 for divorce case and thereafter A1 developed illegal intimacy with the defacto complainant and took obscene photographs of her and by using such photographs, A1 threatened her and had sexual intercourse with her against her Will. It is further alleged that A1 along with other accused persons had threatened her by demanding money . It is further alleged that the petitioner's wife came to the defacto complainant's house and threatened her to co-operate with the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 20.07.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14962 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 and there is no change of circumstances. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
