ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent, Sub Inspector of Police, H3 Tondiarpet Police Station not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a landlord and tenant dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4.
