C.M.P.No.19163 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.47668 of 2022 M.S.RAMESH, J., and C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the Writ Appeal in W.A.Sr.No.47668 of 2022.

2.Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the first respondent/caveator and Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the second respondent, have no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
