Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the second respondent from effecting any further deductions from the salary of the petitioner towards payment of maintenance to the petitioner/plaintiff as ordered in I.A.No.513 of 2000 dated 23.10.2000 in O.S.No.12/2001 and directing him to refund to the petitioner such amounts as have been deducted in compliance with the aforesaid interim order following issuance of the final order dated 23.08.2006 in O.S.No.12/2001 on the file of the Family Court at Pondicherry.
