By order dated 18.04.2023, the respondents 3, 6 to 9 were permitted to comply with the terms of the one-time settlement as sanctioned in the letter dated 11.04.2023.

2. It is being brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on either side that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court on behalf of the borrower, the loan amount had been settled based upon the OTS sanction letter issued by the petitioner namely SIPCOT. In view of the settlement of the loan transaction there is no impediment in recalling the order dated 28.02.2022 passed by this Court in the instant original petition. Hence the order dated 28.02.2022 is recalled. This application is allowed.
