Since there are prima facie materials to frame charges against the petitioner, when this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial court. The petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C., for Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
