This petition has been filed to recall and set aside the Order dated 11.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.17404 of 2022.
2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that without making them as a party, affirmative orders have been obtained and under the pretext of police protection, now the respondent/petitioner in the main case, is trying to interfere with the rights of other persons and also encroached upon the temple land, whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner in the main case would submit that they are intending to put up roof sheet as a temporary structure to prevent heat wave. In furtherance to the same, he submitted that the petitioner is ready to file an affidavit and undertaking before the Police to the effect that they will not alter any permanent structure and will not cause any disturbance to the use of other temple.
3. Heard both sides. This Court directs the petitioner in the main case to to file an affidvit and undertaking before the respondent police not to make any alteration, create any permanent structure and not to cause any disturbance https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

dhk or hindrance to the use of other temple by villagers.On such undertaking, the police shall ensure the necessary police protection.
