This petition is filed to condone the delay of 604 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the Judgment dated 26.08.2022 made in Spl.S.C.No.118 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act at Chengalpattu.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
