ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC in Crime No.148 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the general public of the Mangalampalayam Division, Dharapuram Taluk, Tirupur District have filed a writ petition for getting bus stop in their village. Accordingly, this Court also ordered. Even then, the Government buses are not stopped in this bus stop as directed by this Court.

On the date of occurrence, the victim school girls along with the teacher were compelled to buy tickets even though the students were having free bus pass and after taken tickets, the petitioners took photos, videos and eve teased the teacher and students and abused them in filthy language in front all the general public and threatened. Due to the serious offences, the petitioners were suspended from service and facing departmental action.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not connected in anyway in this case. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners forced the teacher and students to buy tickets even though the students were having free bus pass and did not stop the bus. She further submitted that the petitioners abused the teacher and students in filthy language and taken the photos in their cell phone and threatened. She vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Taking into consideration of the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioners and the fact that the case is in the initial stage of the investigation and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners are essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 25/07/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
