A.No.3620 of 2023 in O.P.No.596 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed to extend the time for selling the trust property in terms of the Order of this Court dated 20.12.2022 passed in O.P.No.596 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as per the Order of this Court, half of the property has already been sold and further time may be granted for selling remaining property,

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the nature of transaction and the fact that half of the property has already been sold, time is extend up to 18.12.2023 and the application is Ordered accordingly.
