(The case has been heard through video conference) These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to grant patta in the name of petitioner by considering the petitioner's applications dated 01.01.2019 respectively.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, pending Writ Petitions, the 2nd respondent Tahsildar had passed orders of granting patta in favour of petitioner on 22.11.2019 respectively. In the said circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to challenge the orders passed by the 2nd respondent before the appropriate forum.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the orders passed by the 2nd respondent Tahsildar before the appropriate forum.
