This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that some persons claiming to be the police officials belonging to the 2nd respondent police station frequently visited the house of the petitioner and enquired about her husband Panneerselvam, under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the pretext of enquiry. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.05.2018 to the 1st respondent and since there was no response, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4.If the respondent, wants to enquire the said Panneerselvam, they can follow the due process of law by issuing necessary notice to the petitioner's husband for his appearance. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
