A.No.3692 of 2022 in O.P.No.465 of 2021 A.No.3692 of 2022 in O.P.No.465 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY J., The present application has been filed by the applicants / petitioners to amend the TI Financial Holdings Ltd., in Paragraph Nos.5, 7 and the Schedule with Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited in the Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

The contention of the learned counsel for the applicants is that the TI Financial Holdings Ltd., was changed to 'Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited' in the year 2006, however, at the time of filing the petition, he was not aware of the said fact, therefore, wrongly mentioned as TI Financial Holdings Ltd., thereby seeks to amend the same.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that though the name of TI Financial Holdings Ltd., has been changed into Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited' in the year 2006 itself and the petitioner is not aware of the same, this Court, is inclined to allow the petition.
