C.M.P.No. 20486 of 2021 C.M.P.No.20486 of 2021 in A.S.No.870 of 2006 G.ARUL MURUGAN,J.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners, to substitute the proposed appellants 2 to 5 as the legal heirs, due to the death of the sole appellant. The death certificate of the sole appellant, dated 09.04.2021 is enclosed and the legal heirs certificate, dated 06.05.2021 issued by the Tahsildar, certifying the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased C.Nehru has been enclosed.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for ordering this petition.

3. Perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 20.12.2023.
