ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.It is seen that the petitioner and the de facto complainant are business partners and the complaint has been lodged that the petitioner cheated him of a sum of Rs.6.5 lakhs. Hence, CSR 329 of 2026 assigned and the petitioner was called for enquiry on 16.06.2026, but he failed to appear. On the other hand, termed it as harassment.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police to issue summons to the petitioner pursuant to the CSR and conclude the enquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
