ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.75 of 2020 dated 19.03.2020 on the file of K.V.Kuppam Police Station within the stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the abovesaid crime number on 19.03.2020, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
