This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.67 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent-Police to CBCID, or any other effective investigating agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records it is seen that the grounds raised by the petitioner herein for transfer of investigation in Crime No.67 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent-Police, to any other agency are not satisfactory and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondents-Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report / charge-sheet as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
