This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the judgement made in C.A.No.44 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam thereby confirmed the judgement passed in S.T.C.No.169 of 2009 dated 07.11.2014.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that, while pending revision, the parties entered into amicable settlement by repaying the entire cheque amount and the respondent also received the entire cheque amount and to that effect, a Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed before this Court dated 23.06.2025, which has been signed by the petitioner/appellant and the complainant.

In view of the above, this criminal revision deserves to be allowed. As such, the judgment dated 05.03.2025 passed in Crl.A.No.44 of 2014 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam and the judgement dated 07.11.2014 passed in S.T.C.No.169 of 2009 dated 07.11.2014 are set aside. The aforesaid compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. The bail bond, if any executed by the petitioner, shall stand cancelled. Page No.2 of 4
