The learned counsel for the applicant submits that an award has been passed on 20.09.2018.

By order dated 22.07.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.P.Gopinath, Assistant Manager-Receivables of the applicant Company as receiver to take custody of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

3. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks time for execution of order. Accordingly, time is granted finally to seize the vehicle by the receiver for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
