O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a First Information Report on the basis of the aforesaid complaint dated 12.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Though the 2nd respondent received the complaint and given a CSR No.73 of 2018, he has not taken any action. They will have to enquire the complaint and either register the complaint or close the same upon completion of enquiry. Without doing so, they cannot keep the complaint pending forever. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to enquire the CSR and act in accordance with law.
