ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner school viz. Sri Saraswathi Vidhyaalaya High School, Kariyamanikkam, Puducherry-605 106 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct classes upto 10th Standard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondents have already passed order with regard to the claim of the petitioner in respect of the said School. Hence, the Mandamus sought for cannot be granted. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the same, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
