This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 18.02.2023.

2. Heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for petitioner and 2/5

Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.02.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
