This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in paragraoh No.7 (b) of the order in Crl.OP.No.11897 of 2026, dated 07.05.2026. 2.Heard the learned counsels on both sides. Considering the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is of the firm view that it is premature to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
