Prayer : This petition to bring the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant Mr.C.Shanmugham namely (1) A.Arunasundar, S/o.Late Arunachalam and (2) A.Sakthivel, S/o.Late Arunachalam and to implead them as 2nd and 3rd appellants in the above second appeal. Mr.Thangadurai for Mr.T.Rajaraman C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 7185 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant C.Shanmugham in S.A. No. 435 of 1994, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant C.Shanmugham in S.A. No. 435 of 1994 and to bring the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant Mr.C.Shanmugham namely (1) A.Arunasundar, S/o.Late Arunachalam and (2) A.Sakthivel, S/o.Late Arunachalam and to implead them as 2nd and 3rd appellants in the above second appeal.
