The petitioner and her husband/A1 filed the Crl.O.P.No.9735 of 2017 dated 04.08.2017 and it was ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- Subsequently, the order was not complied with. Hence the petitioner's husband was arrested. After arrest, he was directed to pay Rs.50,000/- and subsequently the same was modified Rs.25,000/-. The petitioner's husband already filed another Crl.O.P.No.8462 of 2023, dated 05.05.2023 to modify the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and the same was also not complied with. Later, in Crl.M.P.No.7998 of 2023 is filed to modify the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.955 of 2017and the same was dismissed with liberty to file a modification petition in Crl.O.P.No.9735 of 2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8462 of 2023 vide order dated 05.05.2023. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
